Himalayan Windhorse Adventure (P) Ltd. is a government registered Travel Company (since 2001) based in Kathmandu, Nepal. We are a team of experts highly experienced trekking and mountaineering professionals (Sherpa guides), who have more than 30 years of experiences in organizing and leading Trekking, Mountaineering Expeditions, High Altitude Running, High Altitude Marathons, Yoga and Meditation Treks/Tours, Cultural Exchange programs, Social Works (helping hands in remote Nepal and Bhutan), and any similar adventure activities in Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet and India.

We are specialize in handling off the beaten track adventures in the Himalayas of Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India as a reasonable price and with the assurance of quality services.

All our Sherpa Guides and Staffs are native of the regions with extensive trekking and mountaineering background and adventure experiences. They are very friendly and ever smiling to our respected clients and also familiar with the languages, cultural aspects and customs of the region.

Our Chairman Mr.N Dorjee Sherpa achieves a perfect blend by combining your trek in the Himalaya with a transmission of some of the profound teachings and practices of yoga and meditation.

Our company is also associate member and life member for several associations, amongst which: Nepal Sherpa Association, Nepal Mountaineering Association, Trekking Agent’s Association of Nepal, Nepal Tourism Board, Himalayan Rescue Association and various community groups.

 With his deep knowledge of the Buddhist studies and practices, and driven by a desire to share their benefits, Mr. Sherpa proposes his trips in a form that is different from what most other trekking companies in Nepal offer. He speaks different languages Sherpa, Nepali, English, Hindi, Tibetan, French.
